The Filter Kit A for the MED35+ medical air purifier is designed to maintain optimal performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical air. This kit includes essential components for the purifier’s filtration system, which operates through a multi-stage process:

  1. Water Separator: Removes free water from the compressed air.
  2. Coarse and Fine Coalescing Filters: Eliminate oil aerosols to levels below 0.01 mg/m³.
  3. Desiccant Dryer: Reduces moisture content to achieve a pressure dew point of -40°C (-40°F), preventing condensation and microbial growth.
  4. Activated Carbon Stage: Removes hydrocarbons, including oil vapor and odors.
  5. Catalyst Stage: Converts carbon monoxide (CO) into carbon dioxide (CO₂).
  6. Bacterial Filter: Ensures a bacterial count efficiency of 99.99% at the outlet.
